About Us
Our Mission at Three Hearts Wellness is to provide a unique approach to Health and Wellness services, aimed at connecting all aspects of Mind, Body, and Spirit. We believe a truly Functional and Holistic approach to wellness can be achieved simply, and with feedback in the decision-making process from the patients themselves, we follow the tenets of a Naturopathic Practice approach to healing and wellbeing. REIKI
Reiki is an energy healing technique that involves a Reiki master using gentle hand movements to guide the flow of healthy energy (what’s known in Reiki as “life force energy”) through the body to reduce stress and promote healing.
Men’s Life Coaching
Men’s coaching focuses on maximizing your Purpose, Relationships, and Sexuality. When it comes to life, men often are reluctant to get personalized help. There are so many areas in life that we never learn how to deal with effectively. Having a coach can give you the tools needed to succeed in their life’s journey.
WELLNESS CONSULTING
Holistic Health and Wellness consulting integrates a Functional approach to work with clients to look at all areas of their day-to-day lifestyle and works in partnership to develop practices that can be easily adopted and integrated to maximize their inherent birthright for superior wellness.
